In most cases Drive On Diesel only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. In order to eliminate credit card fraud, your billing information must match the credit card you provide.

The terms, conditions, and details of our warranty vary from product to product. Specific warranty details can be found below.

Drive On Diesel provides a replacement warranty on all of our parts. The duration and mileage limitations of the warranty vary by product and are specified on the product's detail page/item listing.

Please note that the warranty covers replacement of the part and the cost of shipping the replacement part to you only. It does not cover any shop, labor, towing, or any similar or related costs. This is not a "money back guarantee".

If you experience a problem with your part or it is not functioning properly, the correct warranty procedure is to call us at (510) 257-1777 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday). Be sure to have your order number and/or other relevant order information ready so we can easily locate your order and resolve your issue as quickly as possible. From that point, we will review with you any troubleshooting steps that may need to be taken and other areas or systems that can be checked to rule out external problems contributing to your part's issue. If a replacement is determined to be necessary, we will then arrange for your replacement part to ship out ASAP and issue any necessary return shipping labels and/or documents.

As is the case for the majority of the diesel products sold on Drive On Diesel, your part's warranty is active as soon as you install it. In some other cases, warranty activation is contingent upon you sending us your core (i.e., your old part). Drive On Diesel will provide you a return shipping label for parts that have a warranty with a core return condition. When we have received your core return, the part's warranty coverage begins. We reserve the right to void the product warranty if your core is not received within the allotted time, or if it isn't received at all. If the warranty for the diesel part you are purchasing has a core return requirement, it will be clearly noted on the product detail page/item listing.

What is a Core Charge?

A core charge (also called "core deposit") is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda and is a standard requirement in the auto parts industry. For example, in many states, to promote recycling, you pay a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have a core charge, or core price, that works in essentially the same way as a soda can deposit.

30 Day Core Charge Hold

You authorize Drive On Diesel, to hold your credit card for the specified core charge amount and that you agree to return your core with 30 days of receiving the purchased part. When we have received your core return, the hold is released and the core charge payment is canceled.

The Dodge Ram Cummins 6.7L Turbo Actuator Harness (OEM 5347703) is a crucial component for ensuring the smooth operation of your vehicle’s turbocharger system. This harness connects the actuator to the vehicle’s electrical system, allowing for precise control over the turbo’s performance. Without a properly functioning turbo actuator harness, the engine may experience reduced power, poor fuel efficiency, and increased emissions.

Importance of the Turbo Actuator Harness

  • Precise Turbo Control
    • The harness allows the turbo actuator to effectively manage the turbo’s variable geometry, ensuring the engine runs efficiently.
  • Maintains Engine Performance
    •  A faulty turbo actuator harness can result in turbo lag, reduced power, and erratic engine performance.
  • Prevents Overboosting
    •  The actuator harness plays a critical role in preventing the turbo from overboosting, which can lead to engine damage.
  • Ensures Proper Communication
    •  This component ensures the engine control module (ECM) can communicate with the turbo actuator, maintaining optimal performance.

Maintenance Tips for the Turbo Actuator Harness

  • Regular Inspections
    • Check the harness for signs of wear or damage, such as frayed wires or loose connections, especially in high-heat areas near the turbo.
  • Avoid Moisture Exposure
    • Keep the harness free from excessive moisture or oil buildup, which can cause electrical shorts.
  • Address Warning Signs
    •  If your check engine light is on or you notice decreased engine performance, have the turbo actuator and harness inspected for potential issues.
  • Replace When Necessary
    •  Over time, heat and vibration can cause the harness to degrade. If you experience persistent issues with turbo control, replacing the harness with the OEM 5347703 part may be necessary.

A reliable turbo actuator harness like the Dodge Ram Cummins 6.7L Turbo Actuator Harness (OEM 5347703) is essential for maintaining turbo efficiency and overall engine health. Ensure your vehicle continues to run smoothly by inspecting and replacing this component when needed. TamerX Diesel Parts offers high-quality, OEM components to keep your vehicle in top condition.

The turbo actuator harness is a critical component that connects the turbo actuator to the engine’s electronic control unit (ECU). It helps regulate turbocharger operation by sending signals to control boost pressure. When the turbo actuator harness becomes faulty, it can lead to several engine performance issues. Identifying the symptoms of a faulty turbo actuator harness can prevent further damage and help maintain engine efficiency.

Common Symptoms of a Faulty Turbo Actuator Harness:

  • Check Engine Light

    •  A faulty turbo actuator harness can trigger the check engine light as the ECU detects irregularities in the turbo system. This is often one of the first signs of an issue.

  • Reduced Engine Power

    •  The turbo actuator harness plays a vital role in controlling turbo boost pressure. When it fails, you may experience a significant drop in engine power, especially during acceleration.

  • Inconsistent Turbo Boost

    •  If the turbo actuator harness is malfunctioning, the turbocharger may not operate consistently, leading to fluctuating or uneven boost pressure. This can result in poor engine performance.

  • Turbo Lag

    • A faulty turbo actuator harness can cause delayed turbo response or "turbo lag," where the turbocharger takes longer than usual to spool up and deliver power, particularly when accelerating.

  • Engine Hesitation

    •  If the harness is not providing proper signals to the actuator, you may experience hesitation during acceleration as the turbo is not able to maintain consistent pressure.

A faulty turbo actuator harness can lead to a check engine light, reduced power, inconsistent boost, and turbo lag. If you notice any of these symptoms, it's crucial to have your turbo system inspected and the harness replaced if necessary. Addressing these issues early can help maintain engine performance, prevent further damage to the turbocharger, and avoid costly repairs. Regular maintenance and timely diagnostics can keep your turbo system running efficiently.
