Drive On Diesel provides a replacement warranty on all of our parts. The duration and mileage limitations of the warranty vary by product and are specified on the product's detail page/item listing.
Please note that the warranty covers replacement of the part and the cost of shipping the replacement part to you only. It does not cover any shop, labor, towing, or any similar or related costs. This is not a "money back guarantee".

As is the case for the majority of the diesel products sold on Drive On Diesel, your part's warranty is active as soon as you install it. In some other cases, warranty activation is contingent upon you sending us your core (i.e., your old part). Drive On Diesel will provide you a return shipping label for parts that have a warranty with a core return condition. When we have received your core return, the part's warranty coverage begins. We reserve the right to void the product warranty if your core is not received within the allotted time, or if it isn't received at all. If the warranty for the diesel part you are purchasing has a core return requirement, it will be clearly noted on the product detail page/item listing.
What is a Core Charge?
A core charge (also called "core deposit") is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda and is a standard requirement in the auto parts industry. For example, in many states, to promote recycling, you pay a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have a core charge, or core price, that works in essentially the same way as a soda can deposit.
30 Day Core Charge Hold
You authorize Drive On Diesel, to hold your credit card for the specified core charge amount and that you agree to return your core with 30 days of receiving the purchased part. When we have received your core return, the hold is released and the core charge payment is canceled.

The Cummins ISB 5.9L Fuel Supply Pump is a crucial component for diesel engines, specifically in models from 1999-2005. This pump, OEM 53262273, ensures the proper flow of fuel from the tank to the engine, supporting smooth operation and maintaining the engine's health.
Fuel Supply Pump: This pump creates the necessary fuel pressure for efficient engine operation. Without it, the engine would struggle to start or run correctly.
Here are some key functions of the Cummins ISB 5.9L Fuel Supply Pump:
- Fuel Delivery
- Ensures a steady flow of diesel from the fuel tank to the injection system.
- Pressure Regulation
- Maintains optimal fuel pressure to support the injection system's requirements.
- Filtration
- Helps in removing contaminants from fuel, protecting the injectors.
- Engine Start
- Provides the initial fuel flow needed to start the engine smoothly.
A faulty fuel supply pump can lead to starting issues, stalling, or engine misfires. If you notice these symptoms, it’s time to inspect the pump. For reliable operation of your Cummins engine, regular maintenance and timely replacement of the fuel supply pump are essential.
A failing fuel supply pump can lead to various issues in your engine's operation. If not addressed quickly, it can cause serious damage. Here’s how to recognize the signs of a failing fuel supply pump.
Common Symptoms of a Failing Fuel Supply Pump
- Engine Stalling
- If your engine frequently stalls while driving, it may be due to inconsistent fuel delivery from the pump.
- Difficulty Starting
- A faulty pump might struggle to deliver enough fuel to start the engine, resulting in hard starting or no start at all.
- Loss of Power
- Notice a loss of power while accelerating? The pump may be struggling to provide a steady flow of fuel.
- Unusual Noises
- A whining or humming noise from the fuel tank area can be a warning sign that the pump is failing.
- Check Engine Light
- The engine control module often detects issues with fuel pressure, triggering the check engine light.
If you notice any of these symptoms, it’s important to inspect the fuel supply pump. Addressing the issue early can prevent further damage to the engine. Replacing a failing fuel pump promptly ensures reliable operation and keeps your engine running smoothly.
Leaks reduce internal pressure, leading to missed or irregular fuel injection cycles.
